We've found our little paradise, come and share it with us. Our two cottages provide comfort and tranquillity in a rural setting, with easy access to the nearest town.

Situated in the attractive and peaceful hamlet of Le Pouzat, both cottages offer comfort in a country setting. While based in the heart of rural France they are only two minutes away from the village of Loulay offering all the essentials for French living. Ten minutes away is the larger market town of St Jean D'Angely, offering a cornucopia of shops and restaurants.

You can relax in the pool or enjoy the shade of the walnut tree in the orchard garden. Both properties have their own private patio areas with barbeque facilities.

The cottages have been totally refurbished and have all mod cons. You will have use of a ten metre swimming pool and we provide a welcome hamper on arrival.
